Cancellation Policy

**72 hours notice must be given on all appointment cancellations for color and chemical services (color, lightener, treatments) or 25% of the service will be charged to cover products pre-purchased for you.

**24 hour notice must be given for all non-chemical appointment cancellations or a 100% charge will apply to fill your appointment. A second cancellation requires a 50% deposit if rebooked.

**ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100%.

**Non-refundable deposit on all prepaid hair services (hair extensions).
