Cancellation Policy

**72 hours notice must be given on all color/chemical service cancellations (color, lightener, treatments) or 25% of the service will be charged to cover products pre purchased for you. 

**24 hour notice must be given for all non chemical cancelled appointments or 50% charge is required to fill your appointment. 2nd cancellation requires 50% deposit down if rebooked
